Tory Erickson, Esq. 

Tory Erickson is a litigator, licensed mediator, and transactional attorney. His experience includes working as an adjunct property law professor, real estate broker, and property developer. In his last position, as Managing Litigation Attorney for a midsize law firm, Mr. Erickson handled hundreds of cases and supervised several legal teams on litigation across the State of California. Mr. Erickson has also published several books on topics such as sexual harassment, employment discrimination, disability rights, California Labor Law, healthcare regulation, and comparative reproductive rights.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Erickson had a successful career as an international sales manager, freight forwarder, and international customs house broker for several large Scandinavian and European Logistic Companies. His non-profit activities include patient mental health advocacy, representation of a local domestic violence shelter program, and supervision of a youth transitional homeless housing program.

Mr. Erickson received his undergraduate degree from CSULB, with a certificate in development studies from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. Mr. Erickson received his Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University of Law in Fullerton, California. He is licensed to practice in California State Courts as well as Federal Southern, Central, and Eastern District Courts. Most recently, Mr. Erickson has been expanding his practice into technology transactions and data disputes involving such things as smart contracts, cybersecurity issues, data rights, fintech, biotech, and licensing applications.
